Build your own
AI agent.

We don't build it for you. We build it with your team, hand it over, and make sure it keeps running once we're gone.

90% of all
AI agents
fail.

We make sure you're in the ten percent that makes it. That starts with not building right away.

We run on agents
ourselves.

No slides about what might be possible. This team works every day.

Portret dat Elsa voorstelt

This is Elsa.

She was the first AI agent we built, and everything since is based on her. She runs every working day, not as a pilot but as a fixed part of the process.

What we're going to do at your company, we did at our own first. That's why we know quite precisely where it goes wrong.

Elsa is an AI agent, not an employee. This portrait is the face we give her.

This is what we do.

Mapping your process and translating it into concrete AI steps.

Building the agents and skills together with your team.

Handing over and embedding, so it works without us.

A clearly scoped project with a price up front.

This we don't.

Courses or e-learning. We are not a training company.

Running your systems for you. You keep control.

Building without your team involved.

Billing by the hour.

Three phases.
Then you can do it yourself.

Advice

A paid intake consult and a process analysis. Which steps cost the most time now, and which of those can an agent take over? We immediately test the conditions most projects later fail on: token costs, security, and whether your current tools can handle it.

Implementation

A working session where we set up the first agent together. Then your team works on it for about three weeks, with us available in the background. That order is deliberate: an agent we build for you is one nobody understands a month later.

Embedding

Every month a working session of about two hours: what's going well, what got stuck, what's next. We don't run your systems. You keep control, we keep it sharp.

Where it already runs.

At Giffy, marketing runs on a team of AI agents, each with its own name and task. Elsa handles campaigns and content, AdsFox the advertising, ScoutFox the research. They run every working day, not as a pilot. That lets a B2B company run its marketing on one marketer.

Transport

A transport company in the centre of the Netherlands, split into a foundation phase and a phase where the team learns to work with what's there. Followed by monthly embedding.

Phase 1   Foundation. Process mapped, first agents set up, conditions arranged.

Phase 2   Learning live. The team works with it in practice, we adjust where it chafes.

After   Embedding. Monthly working session of two hours.

Just the two of us.

No agency with account managers. You get the people who do the work.

Pascal van Dalen

Pascal van Dalen

25 years of building sales teams, shaping go-to-market and growing revenue. First in fintech, now in AI. Pascal builds the agents we run on ourselves, and he knows from experience that a good plan only counts once it actually works.

Emma van Dijk

Emma van Dijk

Emma runs the marketing she talks about, and builds the agents that do the work. Marketing, sales and AI, with people first. Because as far as she's concerned AI is for everyone, not just for the technical.
